Shipping & Returns


At T-Trove, we take great care to package and ship our merchandise. Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday, except major holidays).  Depending on the shipping method you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. All items are shipped to you in the best possible packaging to ensure that you receive your purchase in perfect condition. Please see Returns Policy if package arrived damaged. 

48 States within the Continental US - Most orders are shipped UPS Ground.  USPS Priority mail may be used for some rural areas. Please note that packages will be leave at the front door for most deliveries to residential addresses if no one is home.  If you require signature for home deliveries, please note so in the order comment area.

Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and international arm force bases - Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority or USPS Express services. We will contact you for any additional shipping charges prior to sending out your order.

International Shipping -  Your order will be shipped via United Postal Services Priority or Express service.  We are now able to calculate shipping charges and process your orders directly on this website. We will notify you via e-mail if, in any case, the estimated charge is vastly different from the actual shipping charge before your order is shipped. The receiving party of placed order is responsible for any tax charged by the shipping destination country. 

Please also note that additional shipping charges may apply for oversized items as noted on item details.


Returns Policy

Upon receipt, please inspect your package closely. Should you observe significant damage to the outer packaging, please reject the shipment and have the carrier return it. If there is minor damage to the packaging, please indicate as such when you sign for the shipment. Take pictures of the packaging and damaged area prior to opening the box. 
Please contact us within 5 business days, if any item was damaged when arrived. We would be happy to exchange it. Please keep all packaging materials in the original shipping box with the damaged merchandise for processing.

You may return most new, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 

If you are not satisfied with our product, please ship back the item in its original package to 189 S Broadway, Denver CO, 80209. Your refund will be processed when we receive the return merchandise. Sorry, shipping charges cannot be refunded. Please use a trackable shipping method like USPS Priority, UPS or FedEx for return shipment and insure the package for the full item value because refunds will not be issued for items damaged in return shipping or returns that are never received. 

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

You should expect to receive your refund within 3 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (3 to 7 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 7 business days).
